- Managing on-site Property Managers: Hiring, training and coaching Property Managers, providing feedback to employees and taking corrective action when necessary
- Preparing and implementing management plans for revenue enhancement, cost controls, and upholding quality standards
- Making suggestions on capital improvements, decreasing delinquencies, budget planning
- Ensuring resident and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee leasing, marketing, accounting and maintenance practices.
- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on player that people respect.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- CRM designation preferred
- Tax Credit experience preferred
- Minimum 8 years multi-family property management experience (leasing, marketing, maintenance, employee supervision and development, resident relations, vendor relations and negotiations).
- Demonstrated leadership ability and employee development skills
- Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with delinquencies, renewals, accounting, collection of rent, residence issues.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage budgets
- Proficiency with property management software (YARDI—highly preferred)
- Excel and Word.

Position: Maintenance Technician 2

Location: Lakeshore Oaks (Shoreview, MN)
Description: Current full-time opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician. Primary duties are daily maintenance tasks including routine service requests, turnover maintenance and routine preventative maintenance Must possess low pressure boiler's license, HVAC certification and CPO. Responsible for in-depth appliance, electrical, heating, and a/c repairs. On-call rotation required. Minimum 3 years experience required.
